Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products returned within 15 days of delivery, in the original packaging that are unused and unopened will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift certificate minus shipping and handling. If you return an item that has been inspected by our 3rd party vendor and is found to be used or opened, we will be unable to process a store credit and it will be declined. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@houseofuni.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged please include a picture of the item along with your Name and Order Number in the subject line.


Exceptions

Sale/Promotional offers (including, but not limited to, BOGO 50% off, bundles, gift cards and/or any discounts applied at checkout), or limited edition products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund.

Please note, House of Uni reserves the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as expected, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 15 days of receipt of package.

Cancellation Policy

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email/sms – you cannot cancel or modify the order, your order has been marked as shipped.

 

Change of Address

If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address you must contact us immediately at info@houseofuni.com.

This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly which can happen, we are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled.


Exchanges

We cannot do exchanges once your order has been shipped.
