This color is the definition of matte and high quality! It goes on very smoothly and the color is just perfect. It isn't too bright to make you look like a clown nor is it too dull that it won't turn heads. Perfect balance, passed the water test and it was super hard to get off. In other words, long lasting and smudge proof.
